Our primary commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service with quality products. Below are the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the website www.olitasdekhoul.com. Purchases made through the website should allow for a period of 24 to 48 hours to validate payment. All our prices are expressed in US dollars (USD).

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY.
Applies for the following 15 consecutive days after payment is completed. If the time limit is exceeded, unfortunately, we cannot process the exchange.
To validate the exchange, the product must be delivered to our Olitas store located in Los Palos Grandes, Caracas. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, including all tags and the invoice.
If the product does not meet these criteria, shows signs of wear, or lacks its original packaging, it will be returned at the customer's expense.
Exchanges apply only to items purchased at their original price, not applicable to discounts or gift cards.

EXCHANGE POLICIES

The conditions for initiating the exchange process are as follows:

  1. Exchange of merchandise is allowed only within the first 15 consecutive days after the purchase date.
  2. The exchange request can be made directly at our Olitas branch in Los Palos Grandes, Caracas, or by email (insert Olitas email) indicating the following:

2.1 Name and order number.
2.2 Reason for the exchange.
2.3 Product received, size, and style.
2.4 Photo of the product you wish to exchange, size, and style.
2.5 Email and contact number.
Olitas will respond within the next 48 hours after the request. If accepted, the item must meet the return conditions.

  1. All products are available for exchange. If the selected product exceeds the price, the customer will cover the difference.
  2. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, both for sending the product and receiving the replacement product, in case they are unable to visit the store directly.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping conditions will be chosen by the customer based on the available delivery options:
Pick up: available during store hours.
Delivery: available for the Caracas area, and the fee will depend on the zone.
National Shipping: the only courier service available is MRW, cash on delivery. Shipments are scheduled for dispatch within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and may take approximately 72 hours to reach the destination.
International Shipping: DHL service. Shipping will be scheduled and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed and usually takes between 5 and 10 business days to reach the destination.
The fee varies depending on the destination and product weight. We recommend contacting us through our customer service channels to inquire about the fee.
The customer must provide the recipient's information at the designated delivery location. Olitas is not responsible for any inconvenience or claims related to the delivery location chosen by the customer.
Once the shipment is processed, the logistics and delivery of the package depend on the transport agency. Olitas is not responsible for any lost packages in transit.

TAXES

Each customer will assume and pay any taxes and tariffs at the destination.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the shipment is made, the Olitas team will provide the tracking number so you can track it through the carrier's website.

OFFER VALIDITY

The offers published on the website www.olitasdekhoul.com will be valid until the date indicated in the promotion or until the inventory of products in that promotion is exhausted.
Merchandise purchased under a discounted condition is not eligible for exchange.
